Welcome to Stony Creek Ridge

The Stony Creek Ridge Homeowners Association (SCRHA) welcomes you to Stony Creek Ridge.  This page was created to share some initial association details, as you settle into your new home and the Rochester area.

The SCRHA is made up of 465 homes that span the areas both east and west of Stony Creek. The annual dues have been set for this calendar year at $845. These dues are used to help support both maintenance of the association infrastructure, grounds, clubhouse and pool.

Homeowner Registration
To help us maintain our resident contact list and to share SCR specific information, we request all new homeowners to complete the website registration process. 

To complete this process, please access the registration link at the top of this page.  There you will be asked to enter your name, street address, email address, cell phone and a password. You can also include additional household members at that time as well.  Your submitted request will be reviewed and once approved, you will be able to access the secured content on our website. 

Volunteer to make an Impact
The SCRHA is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by Committee Members who are volunteers from the subdivision.

These board members also serve and lead many of the committees that are responsible for the maintenance and management of the amenities and services within the association.  For more details on the elected board members and each committee area, please refer to the Board or Committees page of our website. 

We are in need of volunteers for committees and the Board would appreciate your help.  Residents can get involved by offering their time to support a variety of annual projects or activities that require only a few hours a month.
